This contest is organised by CN Distribution S.r.l. with registered office in Milano, via Fusetti 12, Tax code no. 11776210152 according to the following rules.

Art. 1. Name of the contest

"Plug Generation"

Art. 2. Scope of the contest

Scope of this contest is selecting three original and unpublished concepts (such as pictures, composites, wall-paintings, stickers, graphics, banner, sculpture) representing in a young and creative way the logo "C'N'C PLUG GENERATION".
For the avoidance of doubt, it is understood that this contest is aimed exclusively at the creation and selection of the above-mentioned concepts.
The prize set forth under the following article 8 is intended to be the consideration for the activity of the winners and for the transfer to CND of copyrights and rights of use pertaining to the above-mentioned concepts. Therefore, this contest is not a prize competition pursuant Italian Decree of 26 October 2001, no. 430.

Art. 3. Term

From 14 July 2008 to 30 January 2009 (with the concept selection by 09 February 2008).

Art. 4. Area covered by the contest

No geographical restrictions.

Art. 5. Participants

Any individuals aged 18 years or more and having the power, according to his/her national law, to lawfully transfer copyrights on his/her creations.

Art. 6. Participation

Participant must create a concept with any artistic technique, including free-hand drawing and digital art, photography and sculpture. The concept must be sent to CND in a JPG, TIFF, GIF, PDF or PNG file having a maximum size of 5 MB (MegaByte) via the internet following the directions which can be found on http://cnc-costumenational.com/contest/ or in other pages of the same website.

Art. 7. Eligibility for the Selection

Only concepts submitted by no later than 30 January 2009 in accordance with the provisions of article 6 above, with the name and contact details of the author (telephone number, email address and postal address for delivery of the prize) will be considered eligible for selection and for the prizes.

Art. 8. Prizes

The prizes listed above are not convertible either to cash or gold tokens.

Art. 9. Market value of prizes

The market value of the prizes listed above is intended as of the date first written above.

Art. 10. Concept's selection

The concepts will be selected by 9 February 2009.

Art. 11. Method of concepts' selection

The concept will be selected at CND's sole discretion.
CND will select a concept to which the first prize will be grant. In addition, CND may select two additional concepts to which the other prizes set forth under article 8 will be granted..

Art. 12. Notice to the winner(s)

The winner(s) will be notified by a e-mail message to the address provided. In addition, CND may (but shall have not the duty to) notify the winner by telephone to the number provided.

Art. 13. Term for delivering the prizes

The prizes will be delivered within 6 months of the date of selection of the concepts.
In the absence of a valid postal address for the delivery of the prize in the application form (or communicated within 15 days of receipt of the notice mentioned under Art. 12 above) CND shall have the right non to send the prizes.

Art. 14. Delivery methods

CND, at its discretion, will choose the prizes' delivery method. The costs for such delivery will be borne by CND.

Art. 15. Responsibility for the use of the prizes

With regard to the prizes, CND specifies the following:
save for wilful misconduct and gross negligence, CND assumes no responsibility deriving from the prizes' improper use by the winner or by third parties;
CND does not guarantee that the prizes properly work or are free from defects. The prizes shall be covered exclusively by their manufacturers' warranty (which can be required only to such manufacturers) according to the documents attached to the prizes.

Art. 16. Participation to the contest

By submitting their application, participants:
fully and unconditionally accept the terms, conditions and limitations of this rule;
represent and warrant that own any copyright and right to use and exploit the concepts submitted to CND;
represent and warrant that the concepts submitted to CND are their original creation, do not contain any material (such as pictures, locos, etc.) owned by third parties and do not infringe any third parties' right;
in case their concept is awarded a prize (and irrespective of having received such prize), irrevocably transfer to CND any copyright and right to use and exploit the concepts (including reproduction – also on the web, modification, alteration, insertion in another artwork or concept, etc.), waiving any right to claim compensation other than the prize;
waive any right to claim restitution (in whichever form) of the document submitted.
The participation to this contest is without costs for the participants.

Art. 17. Revoke of agreement or modification to implementation

CND at any time shall have the right to cancel this contest or to modify the method of participation or implementation of the same. In such a case, CND will notify the participants by e-mail message to the address provided.

Art. 18. Methods used for advertising this contest and this rule

This contest shall be advertised through the web, the press, the radio, the television and any other media.
This rule shall be displayed on http://cnc-costumenational.com/contest/rules.html

Art. 19. Unclaimed, non-delivered or unassigned prizes

Participants shall not have the right to claim non-delivered (other than for CND's fault) or unassigned prizes.

Art. 20. Data protection

The participants to this contest give consent for the use of their personal data supplied to CND pursuant to Decree of 30 June 2003, no. 196.
The participants may exercise their rights under Art. 7 of the aforementioned decree.

Art. 21. Governing law and disputes

This contest shall be governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to this contest shall be submitted to exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan (Italy).

Art. 22. Tax provisions

The prizes mentioned under Article 8 of this rule are subject to withholding taxation of 25%, without recourse, pursuant to Section 30, para. 3, DPR 600/1973.
